About the work
House-dust mites Fairy and Pete live inside a sofa, observing the everyday lives of the humans above them. When Pete joins a group of revolutionary scabies mites, the conflict with the humans escalates into an absurd miniature war, with the household cat eventually getting involved as well. Benedict Friederich's youth theatre play uses comedy to explore enemy images, group dynamics and radicalisation.
