Privacy policy

Stageify is two things: a free public directory anyone can browse without an account, and a set of production-management tools for organisations that sign in. This policy covers both.

Information we collect

Browsing the public directory doesn't require an account and doesn't collect personal information beyond what keeps the site running (server logs, analytics — see Cookies and analytics below). If you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from whichever provider you use (Google, Facebook, or Spotify). Once signed in, we store what your account and your organisation add: production and organisation memberships, roles, audition applications, and rehearsal or measurement data entered through the app. If you submit a missing listing or report a problem through the directory, we store what you send us, including your email address if you provide one.

Cookies and analytics

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may sign you out or affect parts of the app that depend on being signed in.

How we use your information

To run your account and your organisation's productions, keep the public directory accurate, reply to submissions and removal requests, and meet our legal obligations.

Sharing your information

We don't sell personal information. We share it with the infrastructure providers that host Stageify, with Google, Facebook, or Spotify for the sign-in exchange itself, and where the law requires it.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored and processed within the European Union, under GDPR protection.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email us: hello@stageify.net

Children's privacy

Stageify isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continuing to use Stageify after a change means you accept the current version.
