Terms of use

The short version: Stageify is the tool theatre groups use to run a production, plus a free public directory built from what those groups publish. Use it in good faith, and remember that we don't run the shows we list — the groups and venues do.

What Stageify is

Stageify has two parts: production-management tools that organisations use through an account (auditions, casting, rehearsals, roles, groups, resources, shows), and a free public directory built from what those organisations publish, so audiences and performers can find auditions and shows in one place. Directory content is gathered from public sources and community submissions, then reviewed before it's published — see About Stageify and Community guidelines.

Accuracy

We aim to keep listings accurate but can't guarantee it. Always check the source — the group's own website, box office, or social channels — for the latest on tickets, casting, or cancellations.

Third-party links

Listings link out to websites, ticket shops, and social media we don't control and aren't responsible for.

Content and rights

See Rights & attribution for how we handle works, logos, and media we don't own, and Request removal if you'd rather not be listed.

Accounts and production tools

Organisations that create an account to manage their own productions on Stageify are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish through that account, and must have the right to publish anything (text, images, media) they upload.

Acceptable use

No scraping, abuse, spam, or unlawful content. We may remove a listing or account that breaks these terms or the Community guidelines.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Stageify after a change means you accept the current version.
