About this production
Lace Market Theatre stages Lucy Kirkwood's The Children, directed by Kathryn Edwards. Three old friends meet in a remote coastal house in the aftermath of a disaster, bringing questions of responsibility, sacrifice and what one generation owes the next to the surface.
