About the work
In Norman Robbins’ black comedy thriller, lawyer Mortimer Crayle gathers the last members of a murderous family at a remote country house, supposedly to settle an inheritance. Poison, secret passages, disappearances and shifting suspicions drive the action. The full-length play is written for ten roles and continues the story of A Tomb with a View, while remaining understandable on its own.
