About the work

Zo heeft meu Gerre het gewild is a full-length comedy by D.J. Eggengoor about the estate of Meu Gerre, the deceased owner of the Gervershof farm. Relatives already imagine themselves dividing the farm and its possessions, while loyal staff appear to receive very little. The conditions surrounding the inheritance turn greed, family tension, and expectations into a comic struggle.
