About the work

Woef Side Story is a family musical by Don Duyns and Arjan Ederveen, with lyrics by Alex Klaasen and music/arrangements by Fons Merkies. In a world divided between pedigree dogs and strays, Toto and Marina fall in love while the groups around them are locked in conflict. The show is a comic canine variation on the Romeo and Juliet motif and premiered with RO Theater in 2012.
