Wild Oats; or, The Strolling Gentlemen is a five-act comedy by Irish dramatist John O'Keeffe, first performed at the Theatre Royal, Covent Garden in 1791. The play follows travelling actor Jack Rover, whose arrival in Lady Amaranth's household leads to mistaken identities, romantic complications and revelations about his past.
