About the work
The Story of Sacco & Vanzetti is a musical by Dirk Brossé, Frank Van Laecke and Allard Blom. It reworks the 1996 musical Sacco & Vanzetti with a new script and new compositions.
The musical follows Italian immigrants Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti in the United States in the early twentieth century. Their involvement in the anarchist movement and the murder case brought against them form the centre of a story about migration, prejudice, justice and capital punishment.
