About the work
A comedy about Charlie Baker, a shy Englishman visiting a fishing lodge in rural Georgia. To spare him conversation, his friend Froggy tells the other guests that Charlie is a foreigner who understands no English. The deception lets Charlie overhear private conversations and draws him into the conflicts and schemes unfolding around the lodge.
