About the work
The comedy 't Schipperskwartier follows Thierry and Marleen, who run a bridal shop in Antwerp's Schipperskwartier in the 1990s. When customers stay away, their search for a new source of income draws them into complications involving their neighbour Sonja, their daughter Wendy, brother-in-law Mark and Hubert, the notary's son.
