About the work

Ebenezer Scrooge is a bitter, miserly businessman who on Christmas Eve is confronted by the ghost of his late partner Marley and by visions of past, present and future. The encounters force him to reconsider his life and his treatment of others. Eduard Veterman adapted Dickens' A Christmas Carol for the Dutch stage.
