About the work

Schrijf me in het zand is a play by Inez van Dullemen about a family in which a long-hidden history of sexual abuse emerges after the death of daughter Anne. Her sister Judith discovers what happened through diaries and letters and confronts their parents with the family secret. The play premiered in 1989 at Theater van het Oosten in Arnhem.
