About the work

Roberto Zucco is a play by Bernard-Marie Koltès about a young murderer who escapes from prison and encounters a series of people while on the run. Koltès loosely based the play on the case of Roberto Succo. It was first staged at Berlin's Schaubühne in April 1990.
