About the work
Mulan is a Dutch-language family musical by Marnix Keeven with music by Robin van Hilten. After Mulan's blind father is taken prisoner by a power-hungry empress, Mulan is given three months to learn kung fu from Chinese monks and free him. The story centres on her love for her father and her struggle against the empress.
