About the work
Jacques and Odile, a bored couple, take advantage of a promotion to buy another couple, Juliette and Guy, as friends. They keep them in a cupboard and bring them out to enliven their evenings, until their demands turn the commercial arrangement into an increasingly cruel struggle for power.
