About the work
Le coupable est dans la salle is a two-act comedy by Yvon Taburet. The play opens as a vaudeville, with a husband, a wife, a lover and a wardrobe. An emergency then arises on stage: the characters must decide whether to evacuate the auditorium or leave the curtain open until the police arrive.
