About the work
A couple are waiting for friends to come to dinner, but they never arrive. As they try to understand their absence, the man and woman each take the side of one of the missing guests. Their opposing interpretations lead to misunderstandings and intimate revelations, ultimately calling the foundations of their own relationship into question.
