About the work

In Venice, brothers Prosper and Bo join a gang of children led by the mysterious Scipio, the “Thief Lord.” When the group learns of a magical carousel, friendship, freedom and trust are drawn into an adventure full of secrets. Wolfgang Adenberg’s stage adaptation is based on Cornelia Funke’s novel and premiered at Junge Theater Bonn in 2004.
