About the work

“Ein gemütliches Wochenende” is the German stage version of Jean Stuart’s French detective comedy “Au doigt et à l’œil”. The writer Raymond plans a quiet weekend with the person he loves, but unexpected relatives and friends, along with two bank robbers, turn the country house into an increasingly tangled situation involving hostage-taking, mistaken assumptions and shifting relationships.
