About the work
Dying for It is Moira Buffini's free adaptation of Nikolai Erdman's satirical play The Suicide. It follows the unemployed Semyon, whose decision to end his life attracts people eager to turn his death into a statement for their own causes. The adaptation premiered at London's Almeida Theatre in 2007.
