The Last Waltz is a three-act operetta by Oscar Straus, with a libretto by Julius Brammer and Alfred Grünwald. Set around 1910 in Russia, it tells the story of the love between Vera Opalinski and Count Dimitri Sarrasow, who are separated by court intrigues and the threat of execution. The operetta premiered on 12 February 1920 at the Berliner Theater in Berlin.
