About the work

De nieuwe kleedster van de keizer is a family play by Aris Bremer, freely adapted from Hans Christian Andersen's The Emperor's New Clothes. Princess Harmonia goes undercover as a dresser at the court of the young Emperor Narcissus and tries to warn him when two fraudsters sell him supposedly invisible clothes.
