About the work
De Fantast is a Dutch-language play by Wim Geysen. It centres on Oscar Vlaming, a withdrawn accountant who becomes increasingly absorbed in a colourful fantasy world. As the figures in his imagination seem to take on lives of their own, the boundary between reality and fantasy begins to blur.
