About the work
Anges links three stories about memory, perception and encounters after long absences. Asta tries to reconstruct the memory of a crime, Hanno meets a woman he believed to be dead, and Axel encounters a former love again after almost twenty years—a love who no longer remembers him. The play deliberately allows past and present to flow into one another and asks what memory preserves, changes or erases.
