About the work

Achter de schermen is a full-length comedy by Anne Terwisscha. Amateur company De Volksspelers is preparing its annual comedy, but rehearsals are disrupted by missing extras, forgotten lines, clashing egos, and a police officer who suspects one of the members of robbery. By opening night, it is unclear whether the biggest comedy is happening on stage or behind the scenes.
