About the group
Walmsley Church Amateur Operatic & Dramatic Society (WCAODS) is a self-funded amateur musical-theatre society based in Egerton, Bolton. Founded in 1928, it stages two main musical productions each year at the Parish Hall Theatre at Christ Church, Walmsley, and also runs the AKT youth group. Membership is open to all, with performers auditioning for roles.
