Toneelgroep Pionier is een Utrechtse groep van amateurspelers die sinds 1995 jaarlijks theatervoorstellingen maakt. De groep werkt met wisselende regisseurs en zoekt per productie naar nieuwe uitdagingen in speelstijl, locatie of groepssamenstelling.
Pionier speelt in theaters, op festivals en op locatie en is zelf verantwoordelijk voor productie, publiciteit en financiering. Voor het seizoen 2026 zocht de groep opnieuw spelers voor een nieuwe productie.
