Toneelgezelschap ’t Buurtschap speelde De roddeltante in de zomer van 2009. De komedie is de Nederlandse vertaling van Jens Exlers Tratsch im Treppenhaus door Hub Fober en speelt rond de bewoners van een flat en een buurvrouw die alles in de gaten houdt.
