STEMP bracht in 2012 The Sound of Music als eerste grote musicalproductie in Cultuurhuis De Eendracht in Gemert. De productie vertelde het verhaal van Maria en de familie Von Trapp en werd uitgevoerd door een amateurcast met live muzikale begeleiding.
