Stichting Iepenloftspul Wergea bracht in 2016 De Súvering, een grootschalige Friestalige locatievoorstelling op het terrein van de voormalige Frico-zuivelfabriek in Wergea. De productie combineerde toneel, livemuziek, dans en grote visuele scènes en werd geregisseerd door Theo Smedes.
