About this production
Springboro Community Theatre stages Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's musical Sweeney Todd in its 2026–27 season in Springboro, Ohio.

Open auditions are scheduled for Tuesday 8 September and Wednesday 9 September from 19:00 to 21:00 at Pontecorvo Ballet Studios in Springboro, with callbacks on Thursday 10 September from 19:00 to 21:00. Auditioners need attend only one general audition night. Preparation includes 32 measures of a suitable song with sheet music or an electronic track; script readings may also be used. Alternative arrangements or a video audition are available by contacting the director.
