MHDS stages Tom Basden's English-language adaptation of Dario Fo and Franca Rame's political farce, directed by Neil Kitson. An irrepressible fraudster turns a police review into an escalating comic recreation that exposes corruption and absurdity.

Open auditions are at Harborough Theatre on Wednesday 7 October, Monday 12 October and Thursday 15 October 2026, all at 19:00. The auditions are open to all and no prior experience is required; performers who are cast join Market Harborough Drama Society.
