About this production
Louth Playgoers stages John Hewer’s Beauty and the Beast at the Riverhead Theatre in January 2027. The family production follows Belle as she takes her father’s place in the castle of a Beast under a magical curse and discovers there may be more to him than meets the eye.
Auditions are open
Auditions are open to all, and performers do not need to be existing Louth Playgoers members. Sessions are scheduled at the Riverhead Theatre for Sunday 20 September 2026 at 10:00 and Monday 21 September 2026 at 19:00. The production is written by John Hewer and directed by Nicola Law.
