About this production
Thuis in Hoogeveen was een sociaal-artistieke locatieproductie van Loods13 met 22 Syrische statushouders en professionele theatermakers. De spelers ontwikkelden vanuit hun eigen ervaringen een grotendeels beeldende voorstelling over leven in Syrië, vluchten en opnieuw contact maken in Nederland. Na de eerste reeks in Hoogeveen kreeg de productie in 2017 een vervolg in Groningen.
