La Mascotte bracht in 1994 Orpheus in de Onderwereld als locatietheater in een aardappelopslagloods van ZPC in Emmeloord, omdat theater ’t Voorhuys werd verbouwd. De productie is een enscenering van Jacques Offenbachs operette Orphée aux enfers.
