About this production
ITG Productions stages Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at St. Mary’s Hall in Buncrana in March 2027. The full-scale community musical follows Charlie Bucket into Willy Wonka’s extraordinary factory and features a large cast of children, teenagers and adults.

Principal auditions for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory take place on Saturday 26 September 2026 from 12:00 to 14:00 in Buncrana. ITG Productions is casting principal roles and a large ensemble of children, teenagers and adults. Ensemble members do not need a principal audition, but everyone wishing to take part should register through the production’s audition form.
