Play
Description
About this production
Irish Theatre Group staged David Ireland’s dark comedy Ulster American in Brussels in 2023. The three-character play brings together an American actor, an English theatre director and a Northern Irish playwright on the eve of rehearsals, with their discussion of identity, politics, gender and artistic power escalating into confrontation.
