About this production
Dunstable Rep stages Peter Shaffer’s farce Black Comedy at The Little Theatre in January 2027, directed by James Trapp. The play follows sculptor Brindsley Miller through a disastrous evening in which a power cut exposes a chain of deception, mistaken identity and physical comedy.
Auditions are open
Open auditions take place at The Little Theatre, Dunstable, on 22 October 2026 at 19:45. The production has eight roles, with published playing ages ranging from the 20s to 65+. Auditions are open to non-members; successful performers are asked to join Dunstable Rep.
