Drijfzand Theaterproducties bracht in 2006 Ons kent ons, muziektheater gebaseerd op Alan Ayckbourns zwarte komedie A Chorus of Disapproval. De productie speelde zich af rond de fictieve amateuroperettevereniging SOVA en combineerde toneel met muziek van John Gay en De Kast, onder regie van Gerard van Rijnstra.
