Dewsbury Collegians Amateur Operatic Society

Dewsbury Collegians Amateur Operatic Society is a charitable amateur musical theatre society in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. It began in 1932 as a singing group at Dewsbury Technical College and became independent in 1957. The society stages a main musical each June and a pantomime each January, alongside concerts, plays and social events. Membership is open to all, on stage, front of house and behind the scenes, and the society is based at Collegian House on Bradford Road.
