Batley Gilbert and Sullivan Society

Batley Gilbert and Sullivan Society is an amateur society in Batley, West Yorkshire, affiliated to the National Operatic and Dramatic Association. It performs one of the Savoy Operas each April and sometimes stages concerts mixing Gilbert and Sullivan with other items. Rehearsals take place on Wednesday evenings from October to April at St Andrew's Community Hall. The society welcomes new members, particularly singers who enjoy four-part singing, and no ability to read music is required; backstage and front of house helpers are also welcome.
