About this production
Athens Community Theatre presents Ragtime as an ACT Mainstage musical at the Sue E. Trotter Black Box Theater in Athens, Tennessee. Directed by Tyler Peaden with music direction by Wendel Werner, the production is scheduled to run from 19 to 28 February 2027.
Auditions are open
Auditions are scheduled for Monday 26 October and Tuesday 27 October 2026 at 6:00 pm at The Arts Center in Athens. The creative team is seeking a large cast across a range of roles and backgrounds. Auditionees should prepare 18 bars of a song, read from the script and take simple direction; those using an accompaniment track are asked to submit it to the organisation by email.
