About this production
Toneelgroep Vreemd Beest bracht in 1997 Bodas, gebaseerd op Bodas de Sangre van Federico García Lorca. De productie combineerde Lorca's bestaande tekst met materiaal dat uit improvisaties van de spelers ontstond en ging op 1 maart 1997 in première. De voorstelling speelde onder meer in Theater 't Speelhuis in Helmond, Plaza Futura in Eindhoven en De Engelenbak in Amsterdam.
