Academy Players of RI stages Neil Simon's The Odd Couple at the James and Gloria Maron Cultural Arts Center in Providence in January 2027. The comedy follows mismatched newly divorced roommates Felix Ungar and Oscar Madison.

Academy Players of RI is auditioning adult performers on 13 September 2026 from 11:00 to 15:00 at the James and Gloria Maron Cultural Arts Center. Auditioners read selected scenes for the poker players, the Pigeon sisters, Felix and Oscar. Video auditions are accepted through 13 September.
