Plan rehearsals for the whole company and give every participant a personal calendar that shows only the calls they are actually needed for. When the schedule changes, their calendar changes with it, so nobody has to work out which rehearsal applies to them.
Upload a recording of a rehearsal and attach notes to the exact second they belong to. A note can be addressed to a person, a role, or a whole group, and each performer sees the notes meant for them when they watch the recording back — a note that names nobody stays visible to everyone. Every note links to its own moment, so nobody has to scrub through an hour of video to find the bit you meant.
Scripts, scores, and PDFs live with the production instead of in an email thread, and the whole company can open them in the browser. Rehearsal audio goes in as an audio bundle: you name each track yourself — soprano, alto, tenor, bass — so every singer can solo the part they sing, or mute it and practise against the rest.
