Alan Ayckbourn's comedy is set in a near-future television studio where android performers have replaced human actors. When aspiring writer Adam discovers that one actoid, Jacie, has developed humour and imagination, his efforts to cultivate her comic talent lead to an unexpected romance.
Audities zijn open
Auditions are scheduled for September 21, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Auditioners read scenes from the play; most roles require an RP English dialect. In-person audition times can be booked online. Video auditions are also accepted and must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on September 21.
