NODA show report on Penarth Operatic and Dramatic Society's pantomime Aladdin and his Magic Lamp at the Paget Rooms, Penarth. The reporter, attending with a nine-year-old daughter, describes a colourful, well-built show with a large, energetic cast including youth members, praises the Genie, Widow Twankey and the leads, and finds slapstick, songs, costumes and audience participation made it a festive success.
