O díle
Jazyk tohoto popisu: angličtina.
Live Like Pigs is a play by John Arden about two sharply different families who become neighbors on a new housing estate. The conventional Jacksons clash with the itinerant Sawneys, who resist the expectations of their new surroundings.
The drama explores social class, conformity and the tension between individual freedom and social order. It premiered at the Royal Court Theatre in London in 1958.
