Frankenstein

Summerseat Players stage Nick Dear's adaptation of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein at the Theatre Royal in Ramsbottom from 21 to 28 November 2026, directed by Pippa Knightley and Jon Walker. The creature, rejected by its horrified maker, meets cruelty everywhere it goes and sets out to find its creator and force a deal. The production carries a content warning for violence and flashing lights.
